The service was launched initially across the Thames Valley and has since expanded into areas of London. Prospective customers will need to provide their postcode to ensure they live in an area with coverage.

Why is the service only available in certain areas?
We are starting a programme to roll out across the area. As we roll out more and more radio sites our coverage will increase but unfortunately not everyone can receive the service to begin with. One factor is establishing radio sites. We work closely with local authority planners on gaining approval for these sites. Only when this approval is gained can we set up a radio site and offer our service to the local area.

What other services does now provide?

now mail provides up to five email addresses accessible via webmail and includes virus scanning and spam filter on incoming and outgoing emails.
